All SEV3D products are 3D printed, which means slight variation in texture or finish may occur - these are normal characteristics af additive manufacturing and do not affect performance. We continually improve our designs, and products specification may change withouth prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in casy of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, product design, and the SEV3D and EZ Label Slides names- is the intellectual property of SEV3D and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Processing Time

Orders are usually produces and shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Each item is 3D printed to order, so lead times may vary depending on production volume.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship primarily within Ireland and EU using standard postal or courier services. Tracking information will be provided where available. If you require express or bulk shipping, please contact us directly at info@sev3d.ie before placing your order.

3. Delivery Times

• Ireland: 2 - 4 business days after dispatch

  EU: 4 - 10 business days after dispatch

  Delays may occur due to postal strikes, holidays, or custom procedures.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For large or repeat orders, we can provide custom shipping quotes.

5. Damage or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doeas not arrive within estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns & Refunds

1. Returns

Because our products are custom 3D printed, returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damage, or not as discribed. To request a return, please email info@sev3d.ie within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is recived and inspected. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different model or quantity, please place a new order after receiving your refund.

4. Non -Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.

Products modified after delivery.

Custom-printed or special-order items.
